| The house is Grade 2 listed dating back to the mid 1700's; it is delightfully situated in the middle of its own 3 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside but is within easy striking distance of everything this unique county has to offer. On the door step are both the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project. Broom Park is just 10 minutes from the beaches of the south coast and 30 mins from the rugged north coast. Plymouth is an hour to the east and Lands End an hour or so to the west. The county town of Truro - a charming shopping centre - is just 20 minutes away to the west. |
